1. Services

Glownex offers personalized design consultations and selection assistance for premium apartments. To schedule a consultation, select a time slot and complete payment. All sessions are conducted by qualified specialists committed to delivering an exceptional experience.

2. Digital Materials

We provide digital guides and brochures showcasing curated properties and design concepts. Access is granted after purchase and remains available via your account on glownex.vip.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed lookbooks or sample packages may be ordered and shipped to your address. Shipping and handling fees apply and are detailed at checkout.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 General Principles

Glownex strives for client satisfaction. All reimbursement requests must be submitted via contact form within the specified timeframes. Approved requests will be processed to your original payment method or, if unavailable, via check to the address on file. Processing may take up to 14 business days.

4.2 Services

Consultation sessions may be cancelled without charge if notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, fees will be reimbursed. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior, the session is non-reimbursable due to planning and resource allocation. You may reschedule by contacting us via contact form.

4.3 Digital Materials

Digital guides and brochures can be reimbursed within 14 days of delivery, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Approved requests will be processed as noted above.

4.4 Physical Goods

To qualify for reimbursement of physical items, notify us within 7 days of delivery and send the items back in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Approved requests will be handled as above or items may be exchanged upon request.

4.5 Non-Reimbursable Offerings

Certain bespoke services, including custom staging strategies requiring advance work, are non-reimbursable. This policy ensures fairness and quality scheduling for all clients.

5. Changes to Terms

Glownex may update these terms. Any changes take effect upon posting at glownex.vip. Continued use of our platform after modifications constitutes acceptance.
